Simonie, Principal Designer

My passion for design can be traced back to my schooldays. Whether sticking pictures in scrapbooks or rearranging  my  bedroom every time the wind changed, I have always been obsessed by colour, light and space, particularly living space. 

 It was inevitable I'd end up in a creative occupation, initially working in the family printing business designing and  producing print media before joining John Lewis in 1997. 

I worked for the Partnership for more than 20 years, most recently as their interior design consultant for the Newbury and Wantage area.

Outside of work I am a mother, enthusiastic renovator of houses, amateur gardener and dog owner, spending countless hours trying to wrestle everything into some sort of order.
